Working with Marisa and Juggernaut has been great! Programming is easy to follow and most importantly it is set to your specifications! Many others just give an RPE and let you figure it out. Marisa does not do that, she is with you every step of the way in your journey.
Most of all, the experience and one on one coaching has helped me understand powerlifting and programming. Like I said before, Marisa is an amazing coach and wants you to do well!!
I highly recommend it!!!
I started one on one coaching with Marisa in 2018 and it was the best decision.
Training with Marisa has made me a better lifter as well as a better coach. In addition, my physical results have been an added perk. At 47 years old I am the strongest I've ever been and also in the best physical shape of my life. While I still have to do the work myself, I do not think I'd have achieved this level of result without Marisa as my coach.
If you're looking to get to that next level, whatever that is for you, I highly recommend the one on one coaching option.
It's been great working with Marisa. She asks questions about how I want to train and what I would like to focus on. She has a lot of experience in a variety of formats; powerlifting, bodybuilding, and calisthenics. She also has a lot of other resources at Juggernaut. The results speak for themselves.
Marisa was great! I've used many online coaches and I stuck with her programming longer than any other. I think she did a really nice job striking a balance between a routine that was hard enough to be effective, but not so hard that I didn't look forward to doing them. She was always available and very responsive when I had questions, and was receptive to my feedback in program tweaks/changes. She's a total bad-ass that can lift more weight than you (and me, which sucks, but it's true), so you should hire her.
I love working with Marisa! I mean, she was a big reason why I dove headfirst into powerlifting. With 1 on 1, I was able to get direction where I needed it and you helped program things for me that helped me with my current state. On-boarding was easy and straightforward.
