But chapter by chapter the book builds on previous on chapters and deepens that understanding. And somewhere along the way you’ll discover something new. Be it a mindset, how to think about something, or more factual, there’s something new to be learned. Great book. Will not regret buying it!

This is a must-read for anyone serious about strength training.

I learned a lot about aspects of fitness that often aren’t talked about, like problems over-training and the importance of a deload.

This book has already changed how I think about my training and approach every lift — whether it’s choosing the right accessories, selecting the right wights for each phase of the training cycle, etc.

Highly recommend!

Training is the fun part but what happens outside the gym is crucial. So, it’s like learning a new language. I appreciate the book very much because it’s gives one a direction of where to go.
